Hot water extraction, also called steam cleaning, is still the deepest, safest way to clean a quality carpet, provided the moisture is controlled and every drop is recovered. Our entire rig is portable, so we clean a 90-foot sportfish at the end of a dock and a 30th floor oceanfront residence with exactly the same equipment and the same result.

Nothing goes over the side, all waste water is captured and disposed of ashore.

No. We run a controlled low moisture process with strong vacuum recovery and air movers, so carpet is typically dry to the touch in two to four hours and the subfloor never saturates.
Can you clean carpet on an upper floor of a high rise?
Yes. Our portable system rides the service elevator. No propped doors, no hoses in the lobby, no association complaints.
