We chose specialization over general carpet cleaning
My brother and I set out to start a carpet cleaning service, but we did not want to be a general operation running around town for $25 a room. With the yachting industry and the high rise market both concentrated here in Fort Lauderdale, we chose to specialize in yachts and the marine industry first, a market that badly needed real service, and to bring that same standard to estates, condominiums and commercial properties.
That decision shaped everything. Instead of buying a truck mount and chasing volume, we invested in fully portable equipment, marine safe chemistry and the training to work on wool, silk, natural stone and marine grade synthetics without damaging them.
More than ten years later, we are still owner operated. When you call, you speak with the person who will be standing in your salon or your living room, the same person who puts his name on the result.

Specialized portable asset protection
"Portable" is not a compromise, it is the entire point. On a vessel there is no place to park a truck mount and no acceptable way to run 150 feet of hose down a finished dock. In a 30-story tower, propping the lobby door open for a hose line is the fastest way for a vendor to lose building approval.
Our self contained system produces the same heat and vacuum recovery as a truck mount, rides the service elevator, and leaves no trace that we were there other than a noticeably cleaner interior.
